A single point of contact at StoneTrends will assist you with everything from design selection and estimation to template drawing approval. It is our goal to make every customer experience as simple and seamless as we can.
Scheduling
Our scheduling team will reach out to you to confirm a date and time for a templating appointment, and regular updates will be provided via text and/or email to keep you informed throughout the process.
Templating
Our field techs will consult with an onsite decision maker while digitally templating your space using the latest technology available in our industry. The templated drawings of your space will be reviewed by your designated rep at StoneTrends and then sent to you along with a final proposal for review and approval. Pending your approval, our team of CAD programmers will create a full color digital image of your project for your final sign off prior to fabrication.
Installation
The final product will be professionally installed by StoneTrends’ in house team of well trained and fully background checked expert installers. Our crew will exercise great care to insure you are completely satisfied with the finished installation.
